Went to Lowe's where there was 3 left. None there when I arrived, but 200+ available at warehouse. So the Lowe's employee in appliance section ordered it in store with free delivery. It showed the low price in their system. Also picked up 5 year service contract as Samsung does have questionable compressors. That was another $150.

dual ice makers?!? I've never had a fridge where the ice maker didn't have to be repaired/replaced at least twice. Seems like asking for trouble...

Thank you OP! I bought one today at my local Lowe's. Since it was a clearance item, the store knocked off an additional 10% per their advertising. Got it for $769.23 plus tax.

150 left in San Diego north county area. Bought one to replace my 15 year old Samsung French door refrigerator I've been using in my garage (still works). I have an one year old Samsung refrigerator with Family hub with no problems. We don't use the ice makers though. I also have a 15 year old Samsung washer and a 15 year old LG dryer. No issues (knock on wood). I heard someone say before that since Samsung sells larger volumes of appliances vs other manufacturers, that's why it appears like they have more issues when the rate of issues is actually similar to other brands. I've heard of a lot of issues with high end brands.

Found one here in AZ, only one location had any available while the rest were sold out. Itnwas supposed to be delivered today then the delivery people found a big dent on it. Refused delivery then they called me and offered to take an extra $200 off if I keep the damaged one or get me a new replacement to be delivered tomorrow. I opted for the new one

We just replaced this model after owning it around 6 years. Top icemaker was out in a few months and broke repeatedly until warranty out, bottom took a couple years to break, but then magically started working again after being broken 2 months. No appliance company wants to work on them. The last year was plagued by ice build up behind back panel that hit the fan causing loud noises - the you tube fix was to use a timer that shut it off for 45 min every night, but it was starting again so we dumped it in November...

It looked great though, and I will say I would buy it at this price to make it secondary fridge in the laundry without water. Damn slick if you get it under 8 hundy...

My cousin have a similar fridge. He had it for 4 year already and that model is known for compressor failure within the first 5 year. Samsung warranty their compressor up to 10 year if I recall correctly but not sure if it is worth the risk.
