This would be OK for a small set of wrenches or a basic set of hand tools. I ended up giving it to my FIL. He's retired but he likes to stay handy and his old tool roll for appliance repair was falling apart. This did the job perfectly to store his nut drivers, scewdrivers, and a couple other things.
Wish it was better for wrenches, though. It's pretty well made.
