Slip joint will hold the blade quite securely for daily tasks (even bush craft, see Felix Immler on YouTube). You need to know how to work with what you got.

Or you could buy a tool that fits your needs, since this a website about buying things, not making do with suboptimal tools
And I watched a youtube video on this knife and I think it's more dangerous to the user than anyone else. Don't know how this made it on the front page.
Knife is definitely named appropriately, chonky and stout. I like the deeeeep carry. Anyone have experience using it?
Lmao, watch you they gonna cut you. 😂
Yea, I've got the frame lock clip point version. It's actually very nice, chonky feeling with a nice acting kicker and a solid lockup. Fits very nicely in the corner of the pocket, easily one handable low key gentleman's knife. The finger grip choil is terrifying in concept but actually functions just fine, making the knife very dexterous for fine tasks, and full grip for security. I don't like frame or liner locks but still find myself carrying this little guy.
Slip joint cleaver tho, wtf SOG, is that the charcuterie special?? Ridiculous 😂

But in this case, I agree this is not good. The forward notch seems especially a bad idea.
