thats not the reason they denied me 5 times (5 diff agents) at 2am last night. they gave me a very legitimate reason "came with the extra promos already". that's right. right now, they are giving us 2 promos for their overpriced ipad, 1 is for the pencil and the other is for the touch feature. i dont blame on them. just wonder how they denied me for that many times when it worked right away for some of us here.


oh well, went with costco for the extra year in warranty for free. that's alot better than their 5% in red card savings.

call them... the extra promos have no impact because it requires you to purchase something else.. this is just for the item. They price match...

No extra year warranty from Costco for tablets. It says so on their Concierge page. If you used a Costco VISA you should get the extra 2 years, but the normal extra year does not apply to "touchscreen tablets".
