Is $43 for 10reams (containing 5000 pages) of copy / printer paper from Office Depot OD a good deal?

At present, OfficeDepot.com is offering to sell, for $42.99, a case of 10 reams (containing 5000 total pages) of paper.
Also, by selecing the OFFICE DEPOT SUBSCRIPTION option, the price drops by 5% to $40.84.
According to their webpage, the deal expires on January-11-2023 (which is tomorrow).
Is this a good deal, or, is it likely that a better deal might emerge within the next 4 months?

Once I figure out the interface just a little bit more, I'll make a "Found Deals"-post.
1. I need it now, and have to try to find the best deal currently available.
2. I will need it in the future, so might as well stock up when a hot deal comes along.
I agree with avinyc that great paper rebate deals, etc., have all but dried up, and the days of $15-$20 for a 10-ream case are in the past. $4 a ream is a decent deal nowadays, and I'm happy to pay that for an immediate need. Copy paper also makes a great filler item when you have to meet a minimum purchase for free shipping.
$3 a ream would be my stock-up price. I don't use nearly as much copy paper as I once did, so paper deals aren't on my radar as much.
