Ugh… just arrived per a subscription and prior coupon promotion. These taste horrible. (And, just learned they scored "zero" on the Yuka application… I'm other words, little nutritional value.)

Why do people care about this so much? It's fine to eat soy.
Soy/Plant based protein and animal protein have some differences, which matter to some people (e.g. animal protein is higher quality in terms of amino acids and building muscles). Also, some people have health conditions that can be negatively impacted by excess consumption of soy. Lastly, soy is a cheaper ingredient than animal protein, so some manufacturers make more money through soy protein bars that are overpriced.
these USED TO be good, but they changed the formula and now they takes like crap. DO NOT BUY, amazon refunded me last time and told me to keep it, but i trashed it because i didnt want anyone to eat this junk.
