I needed more info. so looked into it and sharing here for anyone else interested. It does come with 2 USB and HDMI cables. It says it gets power from the HDMI port but you'll need a 5V power supply if you are connecting HDDs or other power hungry USB devices (speakers, etc.). No Hot Button switching via keyboard. Good price for what I need. Hope it works as advertised! In for one. (They also make one for Dual monitor setups with hot button swuitching for $54 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BB6152HT/).
I am using it right now ordered last month. Comes 2 hdmi cables, 2 USB 2.0 cables. The unit is in metal casing. itself has no power plug. The two blue leds in front next to the white switch button are too bright, I use a piece of cloth tape to cover it. I can still see it but won't shine into my eyes.

One thing, it won't wake the computer up using keyboard if the computer gone to suspend. I am using logitech 400 plus wireless keyboard and touchpad. I haven't check wired keyboard or mouse yet.

I just start using it, so far so good.

Edit: same thing with wired mouse
Edit2: I checked with different brands cheap and expensive like TESm..t, the sleep and suspend won't wake back up issue are cross the boards.
if there is no hotkey combo support, then KVM is going to be very tiring.

you will get super tired pressing that switch on/off if you need to switch between the monitors often. you will actually learn to hate this design. Also, the switch is on the side (very stupid) meaning the force you are applying will be lateral to the surface on which kvm rests. This means it will always slide and you will always be 'chasing' it.
From ergonomic and productivity perspective, this design is a complete disaster. That's why it's being sold for $12

Well, I can tell you, for some odd reason, the combo switches just aren't as compatible with monitors and computers as the hdmi switches. After trying couple of combo switches, I ended up with an hdmi switch and a usb switch. I have to push two buttons instead of one, but it works. Plus the hdmi switch supports 4k@60.

Can you share the HDMI and USB switches that you got? Thanks!

The design isn't that bad but not ideal that's for sure. Yes I wish it has keyboard shortcut keys for switch. Even with that been said, deal is still pretty good. The question is how long it will last?

Thanks, I'll pay the extra for the dual monitor set up for both wfh instances and personal set up.

How quickly do keyboard and mouse switch? Some of the ones with dedicates mouse and keyboard ports tout instant switching. I'm currently using a USB switch, which takes like 3 seconds (rough guess) to switch mouse and keyboard, and I use the input selector on my main monitor to do the video switching. I would also like a KVM with a wired button to do the switching, so I can stick the unit out of the way, behind my monitors.
