Also people say the blower is good as a home/job site sweeper but not great for leafs. If your in the dewalt eco system it's seems decent. But maybe a cheaper kobalt/ryobi blower maybe more bang for buck for a DIYer.
I have both, they work good, blower is fine for light duty, but new blowers are $200+ for batteries and higher power. Trimmer line feed is not the best but haven't found one that is better.
I'm shocked how well this leafblower works for light duty, it chews through even a 4AH battery in a single deck cleanup, but it works, and better than my Kobalt 40V somehow.
Replace the trimmer line feeder with this and all the problems go away.

Your link points to a different blower (which I own). According to my research it is better than the blower in this deal.
I own this combo and regret buying this leaf blower. It moves quite a bit of air, but at a really low pressure. It is bad at moving piles of leaves, ect. If you just just need to blow off grass clippings or sawdust it is fine. The trimmer has been good.

I always have trouble getting mine to feed line. Must be a specific way to bump that on the floor, it's always hit n miss. Mostly miss.
Bought either this set or a extremely similar one from Home Depot 3 years ago for $199. Mine came with a 5 A/hr battery. Both work good, as others mentioned the blower isn't great at leaves and worthless if they are wet. But for grass clippings its fine. I also use my blower to do a quick clean-out of the garage once every week or two. Also blow fresh show off the car is a lot easier then a snow scrapper. I have debated tapering the end so the opening is smaller, as others have said it has the air volume but not the power and I think that's all it needs but I haven't bothered yet.
The bump on the trimmer eventually broke but a replacement DeWalt head from my local Grainger was $22. I do smack it a little hard but I also had no issues with it feeding more line so YMMV.
I'd definitely do it again for $200 especially with the battery and charger.

I've actually read the 1st gen is better.
