Google is WiFi 6E worth it for more detailed reasons (not to be confused with Wifi 6 without the E).
Wifi 6E includes the new 6Ghz band, but most devices are able to use it since it is new technology. 6Ghz is good for very congested areas (like apartments) but if current router wifi is working, then no need to upgrade. Wifi 6E is faster, but it all depends on your internet...if you have 300Mbs internet then that's what you're limited to. Most people are limited to the 1Gbs fiber speeds, which can be done with Wifi 5 or the regular Wifi 6 routers.
Regular Wifi 6 routers (not to be confused with Wifi 6E) do have some new good tech. So for most people, if you want to get a new router, Wifi 6 would be sufficient at a much lower price.
Wifi 6E does not increase the range of the signal; still limited to walls, windows, bricks and stuff like Wifi 2.4 and 5.

Spot on. Also a lot of WiFi 6 devices are just connecting to aggregated WiFi 5 channels that comprise a WiFi 6 channel. The bottleneck for must users is almost always going to be the end-user device or the ISP provider.

I also have Rapture axe11000, i connected my old deviced to 2.4ghz cuz for some reason they dont like the 160hz channel bandwidth on 5ghz.
Agreed. I initially bought this as an upgrade over my TPlink AC1700 since I was experiencing some dead zones in my 2000sqft house (router was installed in my garage with a brick wall as an obstruction). This helped me get rid of all the dead spots. However didn't feel like a 400$ upgrade. I then ended up buying a Netgear nighthawk from Costco on BF for $129. Got same exact performance for less than half the price.
Other suggestions?
