Replying to the Abe's of Maine suggestion:
Sure, if only you would have posted more information about their practices. Abe's of Maine is gray market and does not come with a US warranty. If you are willing to take that risk on a 3500 USD item, sure, by all means, go ahead.
For more information, just FYI[dpreview.com]. There are tons of threads out there regarding this.
A7R5 has no great improvement from A7R4, but much expensive. Just pick up an A7M4, performs better, and you can use the rest of the money to buy a Gmaster lens or several Tamron/Sigma lenses.

Have you got to use the Tamron 35-150 lens? If so did you like?

I agree with this I have an a7RIV. Just quality of life type improvements too many to list but not ground breaking for a new camera.

I owned both and there are quite a few improvements from the a7rv. The most important improvements are in autofocus and video codecs. If you do video, this is 100% worth the upgrade, if not, the image quality is the same.

You missing point - once you go with A7R 4 or A7R 5 you wont go back to A7 series, and reason is APSC mode - you can nearly double your lens collection due to useful APSC mode on A7R series, I use A7R4 for my wedding work majority of time.
