Last time I switched from them to Xfinity Mobile as they did not offer international roaming and their call centers were in Pakistan. Not sure if things have change. service was flawless (Verizon)

US mobile is one way lane
Once you port in the existing number you won't be able to port out until you start paying for the line (and that too if your luck favors)
Not worth if you plan on keeping existing number for many years
We don't force you to stay using a nasty contract. We work very hard to make you want to stay. Can we go an extra mile somewhere to make you want to stay. Just ask one of us.

If you're still sure that you have to leave, ask the carrier you're moving to for specific instructions. If you need your Account Number and PIN contact us, and we can provide that after we've verified that it is really you. We take that step as an extra step to protect your security

Were you able to get past their website's IMEI check, or did you find a workaround. I have an unlocked S22 device and it's says mine doesn't support eSIM, despite it definitely supporting eSims. It seems many others have had similar issues for months, and it's a US Mobile system issue.

Ok update. I did a live chat, and they fixed it on their end in a few minutes.
Do you mean you were able to get an esim to work on your s22?

I haven't gone through with the activation process yet, but the website finally accepted my digital IMEI after chatting with customer service. Before that, it kept telling me "looks like this device does not support esim".

I had a really tough time with us mobile. Never was able to get data to work and customer service was unhelpful. When I decided to give up and transfer to another service they wouldn't give me my account info so I could port my number. They said I had to purchase a plan first (even though I couldn't get their data to work, nor could they). I threaten to report them to the BBB and finally they gave me the account info but the port never worked and I had to change numbers. You might want to try them before porting your number because even if the service doesn't work you might never get your number back.
Mine was very opposite. They provided me the account and PIN very quickly, just one question why do I wanted to port out. That was when I wanted to snap Google Fi port in promotion. I ended up using Google Voice number so I didn't switch and still using US Mobile. Never had any data/phone issues, their Ultra Wideband 5G network is extremely fast.

Please keep us posted if your phone is able to accept an esim... Also curious what's the digital IMEI? You mean IMEI 2?

Yeah IMEI 2 or IMEI (eSIM). US mobile calls it digital IMEI.

I was with them for 3 months deal on 5gb plan, my 5gb exhausted by midway through month. I was with Mint With 4gb plan before for whole year used 2-3gb. I still not sure why after discussing with CR.
