I signed up in December and my experience has been mixed. Great, friendly and helpful customer support but even though my family have had no issues with their devices (iphones/androids) on the Verizon Warp 5G service in Missouri, I've had bad luck with unusable internet (40+ seconds to load websites). That said we went from paying $180 on a grandfather tmobile plan to $115 (after taxes). Customer support also is shipping me a free sim card to hopefully fix my issues.

I've had similar issues on their Verizon service. Long load times. But I've had a good experience on their T-Mobile service.

Are you using a 4G or 5G device? If you're using a 4G device, then both will be deprioritized (but TMO could be less congested in your area...hard to say). Based on your comment about Pageplus I'm guessing you're using a 4G device, as USM should be higher priority than Pageplus if you're using a 5G device. Probably just a congested area for Verizon?
I tried both US Mobile and Visible in my area and was surprised at how much better the service was with T-Mobile. Just my two cents - YMMV of course. Speeds were significantly slower when running speedtests as well noticable network unresponsiveness.

As it should have, no network providers like the data hogs...
Not exactly, I used over 50gb a month with Metro and I still had 170mb downloads.

Had this service and overall was pretty good pricing wasn't bad at all but jumped on the mint mobile free 3 months to get 6 months for the price of 3 and regret it at times it's very congested it's basically having no service and I had tried US Mobile while at Disney and had no issues with network dying like Mint does

I plan to try the 10 day first to test if the signal is good or not in my area, if it is good, I will port in my number. So do I need to port in my number in the beginning to qualify for the 100 days free trial or I can port in later within the first 10 day?

Opposite experience here. Awful on T-Mobile network, unresponsive and slow. Very good on Verizon. I guess it depends on tower capacity in your area. In Austin/San Antonio, T-Mobile is the worst.

I tried this last time. Got to the point where enter credit card number, and no where in the screen did it say anything about a free trial. No way was I clicking "Pay $49 now" without any free language in the sign up page, although assured there was a free trial. Forget that

A few people have asked when this promo expires. I clicked on the link and chatted with a customer service representative...

"Yes, can you tell me when your 100 days on Warp 5G for absolutely free promotion will expire?
17:13 M we don't have an ETA on when it is going to expire but it is not happening anytime soon Smilie
17:14 oh good. Because I am locked into Google Fi for another 45 days. Do you think the promo will still be available then?
17:14 M yes, it should be available"

Therefore, based on my needs, I am confident that this offer should be available at least until the end of February. However, I'm not sure how much beyond that it will be available. YMMV.
Hope this helps.

I would be VERY surprised if this were true.

I had US Mobile for 8 Months.I was on the T-mobile card as I tested both before porting and the Verizon one was slow. The data would hang at times when loading pages and sites. Wondering if their Data prioritization was bad? Switched to Boost Mobile that is on AT&T for $300 for the year and have not looked back. May sign up again for AT&T prepaid or keep Boost but I am paid plan through June. My suggestion is to try their service first before switching as YMMV on quality.

I've used them for close to 2 years now and have been pleasantly surprised. Very reasonably priced plans and it simply works. I don't think I'd ever go back to the much higher priced alternatives -- maybe if I was a heavy data user, but I'm not.

"Activate up to two free trial lines when transferring your number"

Does this mean if I transfer (port in) a number, I get a free 100 day trial for that number, AND I can get another free trial line that does not require a port in, for another phone?

Answering my own question in case others are interested in knowing"

"Each new account can activate up to two free trial lines with a maximum of one new number activation. That means you can activate two free trial lines when transferring their number or activate one trial line with a new number and a second trial line with a number transfer. New number activations will have a 10 day free trial while the number transfer will have a 100 day free trial."

The port in number will have 100 day trial, while the new number will only have 10 day trial.

"Is there a limit to the free trials?

Sorry, I see that you have found the answer already.

US Mobile user since around December. It's been great. Fast speeds, works fine, the official app is well made.

Everyone is going to have a different experience with every phone company. There's too many variables: your local towers, the carrier's policies, 4G vs 5G device policies, your own phone's issues, etc. I've been reading threads like this for probably 15 years.

That's why they have a free trial, which is better than most companies where you just have to jump in and hope did the best. The only real way to know is to try it.

I've been happy. I've had good luck with Red Pocket as well, but for me US Mobile has been faster and cheaper.

How is the experience of porting out to another carrier after free trial? I heard horror stories.
I would be interested to hear about this as well. FAQ clearly states the number you get for free (10-day trial) from them cannot be ported out unless you start paying for it.

However, the number that you port in and using the 100-day free trial should be eligible to be ported out as you brought it in.
