However after proceed checking out on the last page (before submit) then i see Estimated reward on this order is 0.00. Have any idea where could be mistake? Thanks in advance

It would not let me; whenever I tried it would revert to 0.00

Sometimes it does show $0 even though you will be earning $8. if you saw the $8 on the prior screen you're good because that means you did add the right items to your cart.
With pick up orders, the wags cash won't credit til you pick up the order. You should see it noted on the register receipt from the pick up order. if you do not, you can always return the items, but I did this deal myself and I'm not too concerned about it to be honest.

That's Register Rewards. This is NOT that program.

If the deal were spend $8, earn $4 WC and you used $5 in Wags Cash, you wouldn't earn the money. because you only spent $3 oop.
As I mentioned, on pick up orders, you can't really rely on the screen info as WC doesn't credit until the order is picked up. If you have an issue, an manager can manually credit WC not earned or you can return the order for a full refund. I know it's not ideal, but it is just the downside of Walgreens in store pick up order deals.
