Got the soundbar a couple days ago and added some minor tweaks to make it sound good to me. Voices were a little muted so bumped the front channel up (the "voice enhancement" was to dramatic for me). Turned up the woofer too, and left it in adaptive sound mode for the most part.

But honestly, the rear speakers make this system shine so much more. It turns a decent soundbar into an actual theatre-like experience.

I'm guessing that's why the higher end models (910b, 930b, 990b) come with the rears included. It really doesn't blow you away out of the box until you get the whole setup.

I called in and asked for a pm. I sent a screenshot I have of the speakers at tv add on prices and the rep put in a pm request that was approved. A friend is getting a great deal on a second set. q800 for 325 and 910 for 350.

Be sure to use samsung smart things app, click on the three dot menu bar, and then djust the channels manually. That made all the difference.

It doesn't list them as a separate unit, just part of the Q800B. If you follow the instructions you replied to you should see the Rear channel that you can adjust, that's the 9500s
