1 man's trash is another man's treasure. I admit it isn't the greatest screen. But for the price it's a great deal for those who want a decent spec machine and aren't planning on using it outside. Especially if you're using a monitor with it.
I just went to check my local store and they had none. Also checked on this 3050ti Nitro for $299. Inventory scanner said they had 1 left. But the ladies in electronics told me that they had no clearance machines in stock without even checking. So while you're there...

Whenever I see Walmart + YMMV and Brickseek is involved, that's an automatic no-go. Tried several times, failed everytime. Items were never there despite what Brickseek said. Wasted a lot of time.

Great deal if you can find one. Says "Unkown" on the north shore of Boston.

I think I've snagged maybe one Walmart/YMMV/Clearance/Brickseek deal since I've been a member on this site. Shoot, I was down south on vacation recently and tried my luck there on a ASUS desktop deal and the lady in the area said "someone asked about that already....we ain't got one". We slickdealers are everywhere!

You're odds of getting one of these is slim to zero. Someone usually buys them all and flips them on eBay or the employees hold them in the back for there friends and family. I'm not going on a scavenger hunt only to waste my time and gas to come up empty handed. Good luck to those who do find one.

The screen is trash. I could understand getting a laptop like this for doing workstation related stuff, if you added ram, but who wants a trash screen for gaming?

Still an IPS panel with 120hz refresh rate. For a guy on a TN panel 60hz refresh rate, this screen will look amazing.

Yeah, I've gone a few times hoping that I would get lucky but it never works. Every employee has told me that they haven't had that model in a long time. If I'm already at Walmart, I will typically look but I don't make any special trips if I see these deals.

This is my first laptop, so I have nothing to really compare it to. But I'm happy with it for the $599 I paid on BF. With the upgraded 32gb RAM it's great. I'm playing Doom Eternal on Ultra Nightmare settings and getting 90-120 fps. For $399 it's an amazing deal!

For sure! I was really hoping to find 1 in stock. Still wonder about that Nitro for $299. Like I said, the inventory scanner showed 1 in stock. They tried to tell me it was probably the display machine, but that one had a newer processor. I'm going to stop in tonight after shift change while I'm in town. Would love to get that for my son.

I think this is the year to replace my current Lenovo Legion. The battery doesn't charge and what's worse is my power port is all jacked up from my laptop dropping multiple times from my couch from the kids knocking it over. Now it just shuts off randomly or it won't turn on and I have fiddle with the adapter all the time.
