Proof? Don't cherry pick one software that happens to run fast on very specific Macs
That's…wait…6 years now.
Enjoy the 6900hx and an nvme of good specs rather than the oem whatever that these companies use.

Edit: ok direct link pre-sale barebones only. Drive + RAM might tip the scales here.

Yeah you found it.
My note there about the nvme performance, they appear to use an oem kingston typically performance is acceptable in that it functions.
In my 5625u system I upgraded to a 500gb 970 evo plus. It made a huge improvement in the daily usage of the machine. This is comparing clean os vs clean os for consistency.
In my um690 I went with a 1tb kc3000. It is phenomenally fast.
For me, even if I were to buy the system in this deal, I would still upgrade the nvme to improve performance.
Excellent note!
Tacking on to this, be prepared to have to install a nic driver during oobe if you reinstall windows.
I got off the PC upgrade train back in 2006, and I get about 6 years out of each Mac I've purchased. Sure, I do miss playing games sometimes, but it seems like I was upgrading my PC every 2-3 years, so I probably spent less money overall by switching to MacOS.
The only game I'm playing at the moment is Deep Rock Galactic. For that, I've been using one of those cheap Gateway laptops that Walmart was clearing out last year for $250. It's a 16Gig, 11th-gen i5 with Iris Xe graphics. Not a great GPU for gaming, but I get 40-60 fps most of the time, so it's playable.
After telling me my 5 year old i7 quad with 32gb ram is unable to upgrade to windows 11, that put me in a f Windows going forward mood.
Went from Android to IOS after the fiasco with Pixel 6 pro, just moving into an ecosystem that updates hardware longer since I tend to keep my devices longer.

Ryzen 3600/DS3H 450m wifi deal microcenter $130, 32gb ddr4 memory $80, RX 6650 xt $260, 1tb ssd $60, Power supply/PSU ~ $100. The total cost $630 but at least you can upgrade in the future and this has better gaming experience than this PC.
