The only way to opt out is to delete your account and not use the app, and the app is the only way to get the info to your phone.

They do not share the health data except where you consent to, like to your iPhone Health app or similar.
It's detailed further in that policy, but here's an excerpt:
"With your consent and direction, we may share or disclose your information, including information collected
from your OMRON Devices, with third parties that you designate to receive your information. If you choose to
share your information with such third parties, this privacy policy will not apply to those third parties'
use of your personal information."
