"I have this juicer for myself it works fine. I ordered another one for Christmas for someone else, but they didn't need it cause they had gotten one. I tried to return this to Walmart, but they wouldn't take it back. They told me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller through email and they were terrible. They would only refund me 10% and told me or I could try selling it myself to get my money back. I was so shocked by their response. Then they advised me after more emails that I sent that I would have to cover the charges to return it with only a 10% refund. This company is awful and the customer service is too. I wouldn't recommend to buy this product because they do not have their customers come first. They don't have no phone number the only contact is email."

In that case, I might as well look at other centrifugal juicers then.
