personally i'd go for the pedialyte sport stuff, easy on the stomach , potassium, chloride, magnesium, and something else beneficial for pre and after hangovers.

My layman's understanding is Tylenol beats up your liver, especially so in regular drinkers, so probably should stay away from Tylenol if you qualify. Tylenol has a totally different mode of action than NSAIDS I believe.

Looks like it's just aspirin and caffeine (although it has more inactive ingredients than regular alkaseltzer, some appear to be color/flavor). That being said, the regular stuff and this are buffered and pre dissolve so seem to be easier on your guts than aspirin tablets or bc powder which is clutch for a hangover.

Never take Tylenol (acetaminophen) if you have or suspect you have ethanol in your bloodstream. It's extremely dangerous.
