Asus Nvidia 1660 Ti TUF 6GB OC - $229 + tax at Microcenter ($130 discount)

This seems like a good deal to me because I remember the 1660 Super and Ti couldn't sit on the shelf at MC for more than a few hours at these prices back in 2020. Then, the prices went up at MC on these video cards (I think because of supply chain issues?) even though MC usually sells everything at retail prices. The 1660 super are still over $260. I believe the Ti is a better deal than the super at this price.

Looks like this beats the rx6600 (same price range)

Wish I could find the 6600XT at this price.

Am I missing anything?

That website is usually wrong and should be banned. Userbenchmark is a scam. YouTube gaming side by side fps shows the 1660 ti only 50-60% the speed of a rx6600 in 1080 ultra.

So here's what I don't get. My MC has 25+ rx600 sitting on the shelf going nowhere. Meanwhile, the 1660 TI is pretty much sold out already. What am I missing then? Why would anybody buy the 1660 TI over the RX6600?

Same exact price:

The one thing I can think of is for streaming (i.e. Twitch or YouTube). The Nvidia encoder is better if you don't have a great CPU. However, AMD's encoder is getting better tbf.

Also, side note, you can get a 3060 ti for $275 from Best Buy (PNY). I currently have the 1660 ti btw, still a beast but looking for an upgrade eventually.
