I wouldn't buy a tplink router. I purchased one from walmart in oct and they won't let me register it for support. Their reason is because I didn't save the receipt, they won't register it. They should know the SN of their products and know what is a valid product. The router stopped working in two months time (ax1500). They seem to have a bad support structure.

If u go to WM cs desk (in-store), they should be able to generate the old receipt.

What does that have to do with the fact that I can not register a product they made. They should have S/N of all the products they made so why do they need to know where I got it from?

To verify that it was purchased and not stolen?

Yeah, not going to support a company that treats its customers as criminals.
