Keep in mind that the Rtings review is for a 65" with an ADS/IPS panel. This 85" has a VA panel, so overall it will perform better than the Rtings review suggests... especially for movies.

What about weight. The delivery company AGS said that it weighs 171 lbs and it is front door delivery. I have been trying to get them to agree to bring it in and set it in place on our entertainment center. So far no luck. My wife and I cannot lift 171 lbs together.

Any feed back on that??

Yes. You have to call the shipper, AGS Tracking, and refuse. Samsung doesn't even need to be involved. Refusal starts the return process.

Mine arrived last night. I noticed marks on the screen before powering on. Once on, the screen was totally ruined, lines everywhere. I had to initiate a return and they sent a label for Fedex. I had to call Fedex to pickup.

Samsung doesn't have a replacement process so I had to do a return and buy another one. They recreated the cart for me but weren't able to waive the Samsung Care up front. They promised a price match once I receive it. The next one is to be delivered on the 7th. This also means I have $3,200 on my credit card until the return is received and the price match is added. Frustrating experience....

That sucks..... got mine today and just finished step up.... got my roku connected and all ok...TV is a beast! Not sure if I will keep using Roku or use TV app settings.... Need to figure how to delete some of the included apps that are not needed.

Strange they send a fedex label. Did fedex deliver it? Mine showed up today. I got an email yesterday saying it was delayed (AGSshipping) yet this AM I got a call asking when I would be around as driver was an hr away. Tv is perfect. I'm loving it. ITS YUGE!!!!
