The calculation on the Walmart Site for the link above is showing 19.7 c/ oz but it is actually double so the cost per oz is 39.4 cents. Going by that calculation - if you want to buy in bulk - the Amazon Bulk Bag (66 Pieces) is cheaper at 37 cents per ounce.
