Signal could not penetrate through thick walls and the speed at my 4th one was a 10th of my 1gig max speed.
Switched to orbi with 3 total units and the speed is 75% of max in the same location.

Troubleshooting
My device won't connect
My device is 2.4 GHz only
And click button
Temporarily pause 5Ghz
This should force 2.4 so that you can get your device connected, hopefully updated so by the time the 15 minute timer is up, it's all good
Won't be an issue after you get it connected this first time
Also side note, all the IOT type devices in my house, light switches, plugs, cams, thermostats, I put them all on the guest network
They all just connect back to cloud interface so no need for them to be on my local network
Only thing on my network is my phone, laptops, pc's, tv streamers

I had this wifi 5 version and it worked great, for $84 bucks I think it's a good deal even todays time
In fact when I got my eero pro 6, I added it to the same mesh as these wifi 5 devices. And together they worked really well.
The. I traded the wifi 5 in for deal with Wifi Pro 6E and then again added them to existing mesh, all worked fine together
This is what sold me on Eero, as Google does not work the same way
The previous gen google wifi does not work in the same mesh as the new ones, at least this is what I read , unsure if they fixed that with software by now.
6+ shows $299 on best buys site!!

My cousin had same issue with eufy internal cam, was able to get it on google… updated it but when said what did was put it practically on the eero physically.. wonder if you take one of the devices and put it in your garage, as close as possible to the chamberlain , if it would make a difference.. a weird step but maybe worth a try

I have been running this now since July, 2020 (the J0100T1 Eero 5s being sold here). The last year the main router has been a Eero 6 for the gateway router and these 3 across house for mesh. It works.
No issues with TV streaming 50ft away through a couple of walls, and all of the phones and tablets work fine. I do have a hub and a few wired connections for like my PC going cable modem to Eero 6 to hub and my PS5, PCs, etc.
However, my son hates our setup. He is on 2nd floor and games, and does a lot of other stuff over wireless and constantly complains about speed.
If you just need a basic wifi setup, this is a no brainer for $90 IMO as I paid $170 2 1/2 years ago. If you need lots of speed and customized control, probably not for you.
