Same here, you have to go through all these hoops to get your refund, they could easily tell you form the beginning everything they need as proof but instead they drag it out, sometimes you go a week without getting the next "step" for the return process.
Unfortunately I'll pass.
What are the consumer protections of FB marketplace though? Lots of scams on there as well, so best buy with a credit card for the fraud protection benefit.

In my area, people want too much. Definitely keeping an eye out.
On Gamesradar someone asked this and replied in 12/2022: "Okay, so the short answer on this topic is, technically no, you can't play PS5 games on your PS4. Upcoming PS5 games that have been confirmed as PS5 exclusives - including the likes of God War: Ragnarok - will not be playable on PS4 whatsoever."
So has anyone confirmed this?
