Does this attachment only work for BalanceForm rack or can it work for something like the Fitness Reality power cage?
If the height is the same the only issue Im seeing is possibly drilling new holes for it to fit yours, I've seen one guy do that on a review.

Good luck with the shipment. I ordered the lat pulldown and the cable cross over and both had missing parts or had the wheels broken, I tried emailing balancefrom support and crickets now for 3 weeks.

I would have been all over this for tricep extensions and seated rows. I've already been using a pulley kit that attaches to the rack, which I bought on Amazon ($30)and has met 80% of my needs. Can't really justify the much more expensive cost just from work convenient seated rows.

Would have bought this from the start for certain.

I also have this rack and lat pull-down. The wheel bearings need to be lubed. Remove them all and apply silicone spray lube. It will be much, much smoother. It is a 1 to 1 ratio pulley system, btw.

The thickness on Dick's rack metal bars is more than standard racks. I wouldn't be sure that it will fit.

The lat pull down works. But the wheels on the attachment isn't that smooth, so pulling 90 feels like pulling 110. It still works though. Just could use better wheels
Pro tip: Get a can of WD-40 Silicone spray. Silicone specifically will last longer as a lube for plastic and bolts. Spray all the bolts and the wheel rotation areas. Pull down and up from the row section several times. This should lube a fair section of cable, and wheel.

Does this have 2" weight holders? I had a friend order a different brand and it came with 1" holders so he then needed to buy adapters.

I have the V2 of this. Mostly the same, although they swapped out the wheels for plastic shims and they added a leg holder bar to hold you down while doing heavy lat pulldowns. Overall it works as you'd expect a cheap plate-loaded lat pulldown to work. The shaft that the plate loaded mechanism comes in two parts, so mine took a while for the shims to wear down so that it moved smoothly.

Generally, I'd say it's an excellent option for people building out budget racks. The lat pulldown and low row give you quite a few more options that you can only get from cable machines. It's not the safest, but I attach a cable and strap to the top pulley so I can loop my foot in and do weight-assisted pullups. If you needed to add weight, you could clip to the bottom pulley and add weight instead.

For a price comparison, the equivalent on a Titan rack costs anywhere from $289 - $871, depending on your rack. Obviously gonna get a higher quality, but for most of us, the budget rack is good enough.
I'm trying to understand how you add weight with the bottom pulley, would you mind elaborating? Or adding pics? Appreciate the info above too.

I did not use the best wording. There's an attachment point/pulley at the bottom that you can use for low rows. You could use this attachment point similar to a belt squat if you wanted to add weight to your pullups/dips.

When did you place the order from balancefrom? I also placed one week ago but no update since then
I did the same. I ordered Jan 1 and It took over a month for it to actually ship. After shipping it arrived in about 5 days. I'm in the middle of a move and haven't gotten to open the box yet, but it was pretty destroyed when I got it. I emailed customer support 3 times and never got a response to cancel my order. It did eventually come though.

I have this setup with the lat attachment, and it is much nicer than I thought it would be at the price. I got everything for just over 300 shipped. Arrived with no damage, pulleys and cable are quality. Setup was a breeze. Everything feels tight and sturdy. The lat attachment uses rollers which add a small amount of resistance, but they are smooth, and a little dry spray lube makes this a non issue. Anyone on the fence, I'd recommend this setup for sure.

Lat pull downs are beginner stuff to get to pullups (weighted if body weight is not challenging)...
1) you can do a lot more on a pull down bar than just similate a pull up. Shame you didn't know that "beginner stuff."
2) Some people like high reps vs the lower rep counts of pull ups. More "beginner stuff" you should know...being an expert and all.
3) Some people due to shoulder, wrist, or elbow injuries (all common in weight training) might not be doing pulls ups. For example, tore my bicep tendon over the summer...probably will never do another full pull up again so I have to settle for such "beginner stuff."
