Essential PH-1 Phone - Halo Gray – 128 GB Unlocked - $171 - Amazon. Several years old at this point, but had put a watch on it for a buddy of mine.

Essential [amazon.com]

Product Description
Founded by the creator of Android, the Essential Phone has all the features you care about most without a bunch of gimmicks. A large, edge-to-edge display, 128GB of storage, all-day battery life, fast charging, and more. It's sophisticated. It's simple. And it's yours.

Ports - 60GHz Wireless, SuperSpeed USB 2x accessory power pins
From the Manufacturer
More screen, less phone

The biggest screen-to-body ratio of any phone! With a stunning 5.71-inch edge-to-edge Quad HD Display, you get a large screen in a phone that still fits comfortably in one hand. So you can enjoy more of what's on your screen without all those intrusive bezels.

Beauty meets brawn
Crafted with space-age strength, titanium, ceramic, and Gorilla Glass 5. Its space-age strength helps withstand your day-to-day. And there's no branding or logos anywhere on the device. So your phone is more of an expression of who you are—because it's yours.

For every adventure
With a 13MP Dual-Camera and Portrait Mode, your pictures look great. And the Essential 360 Camera is big enough to easily capture everything around you in 4K — but small enough to fit in your pocket. So it can take it with you everywhere.

Store more, worry less
PH-1 comes with a whopping 128GB of storage. So you can easily store all your photos, 4K and 360 videos, games, and more without worrying about running out of space—or needing to spend more money on external storage options.

Straight-up Android
PH-1 runs pure Android. No unnecessary apps, preloads, or anything that gets in your way of getting the latest Android updates and features. You get a smooth experience that is fast and fluid.

Pretty sure I bought this, used, for like $120 about 5 years ago.

Specs were good at the time, but nothing about it "wowed" me. Resold it within 2 weeks

I wouldn't recommend it at half this price

I hate to TD deals but clicking on the link showed me that I purchased the black one in 2018 for $166. It was a good phone while it lasted but eventually the camera lost focus (something with the optical zoom can get messed up).

So, TD from me for not a good price...

This was an amazing piece of hardware when it was released. Top notch specs and really good ergonomics. But the camera software was half baked and they never quite got it fully baked. The GCAM port made the camera a lot better.

The phone still has its fans, and t's still well up to working as a daily driver, but it isn't being supported anymore, so no software updates.

I'm good with the TD. It's definitely a niche item and not something I was going to buy.

I loved this phone back in 2018. However it's well past it's prime now. It might be fun for $50, but not at this price.

Wow, can't believe they still sell this phone. I remember getting multiple for free + camera attachments, etc..
