I'd cut it a bit and re-use the case. Everything else lines up? Noise cancelling mics, regular mics, speaker, buttons?

I already ordered a case for my base S23 but it won't get here from China until April. I put a spare case of my S22 on the S23. The bottom ports fit perfectly. Had to cut out a slot for the side buttons and a place on the top for the microphone. The holes for the camera lenses are off but doesn't affect taking pictures. It will do until the S23 case arrives.

Hahaha, nice. Kinda of, sort of. A zillion inexpensive GOOD options a day away on Amazon and you opted for six weeks out from China? Must be one hell of a case at a hell of a good price to put up with that "thing" you destroyed ...err...created. Are you not also the Google Voice heretic?

A base S23 I ordered on 2/14 for my mom got pushed back to 3/15-16. With the manufacturing dates that some have posted in this thread, it probably hasn't even been made yet.

I used Tello eSIM. I had to do the port-in twice and got a message that it didn't transfer even though it did. Other than that little hiccup it was pretty easy and relatively painless process.

Why not give them 2-3 days to resolve the issue. I am also screwed Smilie but will wait for a few more days.

can you summarise the process? so you order on tello site with an esim option? is this a full voice/text/data provider? how long from ordering to be able to port out?

The sim arrived a few days after my order (arrived in an amazon prime shipping package). I don't think there's any set number of days before being able to port, you just have to make the effort to unblock porting out. Don't know if you can port out without activating the sim first.
