Google Fi sent another shipment delayed (Mar 10 - Mar 13) email yesterday, but I just got notified of a charge authorized for the S23 phantom black I ordered on 2/6. Finally!

S23U Black from Carol Stream, IL made it to my local UPS hub on 2/25, where there's been no scan activity since ... UPS now says that it has been lost, and I'm waiting on Fi Support to respond with next steps for replacement.

I am still on the Sprint side of the T-Mobile. I want to activate S23U on Sprint/TMo eSIM. Has anyone gone through that? Does it work? Somebody mentioned on the reddit 10 days ago that it didn't work. Thanks

As far as selling the phone, you can sell it on Ebay, Craiglist, FB, Swappa, and other resellers like WeCellTrade, Trademore, etc. I no longer want to deal with flaky buyers, so I don't sell to individuals anymore. I sell my phones to one of the resellers. I'll get a bit less money, but no hassles.

An opened phone will have a bit less value, but with the big discount you got from Fi, you'll still make money.
If you don't mind me asking, which reseller do you use? I saw WCT seems pretty popular on another forum, but rarely talked about outside there. Need to sell my S22.

Oh man, I'm sick. Order was cancelled today 2/28. I even had a generous $350 on a cracked screen Note 20U in line. Reason: my credit card number was stolen a week after I ordered on 2/4 and had to be cancelled. I put the new number into the Goog store system around 2/12. But, come today, 14-16 days later, the system popped up a "payment cannot be verified" and cancelled.

Working with Fi CS now, but looks like they won't budge. Sickening.

Edit: No. Elevated and still no. Order will not be resurrected. Had to have been on the same card. No credit can be offered for the lost trade value, which is now $60 on a cracked N20U.

I'd go from 626-350= $276 for a 512/12 model to 626-60 = $566 for a 256/8 model. Not happening for me. Bummed.

Edit2: I elevated again and called in. Have a heroic (seeming) CS rep trying to fix this. The crazy thing is, her screens show only the new card number which works. The system hung on to the old number. It's their system.

edit final: was on the phone with the hero CS for almost an hour. Just couldn't be saved. Comes down to their system hanging on to the first credit card number charged in the cycle needing to be used through. Software issue, whatever. New card didn't take. For those reading this.

I sell to WCT. Just sold several base S22's to them, ranging from $311 in mid-December to $282 now. I sold some to Trademore, but they pay out by Paypal which keeps track of payments received and reports to the IRS if totalling over $600/year. WCT gives you the option to receive payments by Zelle, no tracking, no fees.

I just sold my Fi Pixel 7 on Swappa. After their fees and Paypal's fees, plus shipping cost to the buyer, it's only $35 more than what WCT pays. and Swappa pays out by Paypal (at least to a new seller).

Does it matter which phone you activate for each person on your plan? I received my two green ones and want to activate them today. It doesn't show which serial number goes to which person on the plan.

Hi, I am having problem with activation. These are the steps I have done.

Do I have to wait a few days or hours to start transfer if I just put the hello mobile sim in
the other phone or what is the pin number of the hello mobile. In the google fi app it says is a 6 digits where I should call tmobile. I tried ith both 4 last digits and last 6 digits of phone number

1. I just put today the hello mobile sim card into other phone and made a call, text and used data.

2. Turned on galaxy s23 ultra and activated and installed google fi app.

3. In google fi app i put account number and last 4 digits of phone number of account to begin transfer.

4. Google transfer error saying that the pin is not correct. I used the last four digits of the hello mobile phone number.

Hello Mobile has port block on your acct based on prior posts. Call in and have them remove it.

Thanks. You hit the nail. I was just about to post the screenshot of this. I was just clicking around while getting frustrated and ready to ship my phone back. Mystery solved. Repped.
I got the same but mine is missing "transfering number to Fi" though I transferred a Metro number. Any ideas?

Using Fi SIM and T-Mobile eSIM. Works with no issue.

It's very easy. $6 for the cheapest plan with voice + data. Save 90 cents with promo code 15OFFAFF.
Thanks for the code! Do you need to active the service by putting a SIM into a phone or did you literally just order the $10 line online and then immediately were able to port the number?

Thank you again for clarifying.
