Deal Instructions:
Start your order of $30 (or more) worth of IHOP dine-in, delivery, or To Go 1/30/2023 and 2/26/2023.
Once your submission has been validated, you will receive an email with your Fandango Promo Code to see Marvel Studios' Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, along with detailed instructions on how to get your movie ticket(s).
Spend at least $30 at IHOP restaurants (in the US) in one qualifying transaction (excluding tax, gratuity, delivery fees, gift card purchase, bonus cards, coupons and other discounts, including PanCoin redemptions, and alcohol in the state of California) between 1/30/2023 and 2/26/2023 and get a Fandango Promo Code valid for one Movie Ticket (up to $15) to see Marvel Studios' Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania.
Take a photo or screenshot of your entire itemized receipt showing the qualifying itemized purchase and upload the image using either your mobile device or desktop computer. For online orders, digital receipts are accepted if you pay online; a paper receipt is required if you pay in restaurant. Submit the image of your full receipt by 3/3/2023.
I found this hard to believe until I went to the website and saw they're $4.69+Tax and Tip in MN could easily be $6+. We do tend to have lower prices than some coastal states so reaching $8 is likely elsewhere.
While the movie vouchers are worth $15, I checked on opening night for tickets. Regal is charging the same price for this movie as they are for the Avatar sequel:
Adult $17
Children/Seniors $13.50
Plus the service charges if you are buying tickets in advance
Remember the days when you could get a free movie ticket just by buying 3 boxes of cereal for $6 bucks? Miss those days.

For only $5 more I can go out for AYCE Sushi lunch!
Charging $12x material costs seems a bit high.
iHOP doesn't serve sushi. I can't get a stack of delicious blueberry pancakes with strawberries and bananas on top at a sushi bar. Also, sushi is nasty. I don't like to pay extra for them to NOT cook my food.
I don't go to iHOP very often, but I do enjoy it as an occasional treat. This is just a bonus reason to go. If you're going to see the movie anyway (or go to iHOP anyway), it's a pretty good deal to get a free ticket. You could even do breakfast and a matinee on the cheap. AMC still does their $5 (or whatever it is now) Tuesday special.
People who go to see movies at night and/or on Friday/weekend are strange to me.
Movies that have promotions like these are movies that need promotions like these so they don't flop during their opening week.
These decisions are based on test audiences.
This is too much work for a movie that will probably be average at best.
pretty sure it's just part of the regular movie tie-in promotions that every mcu movie has..
..anyway, to combat some of all the threadcrapping, i'm going to see this, and probably not going to get ihop because i have a-list, and i'm going to enjoy it
Most breakfast places are like this for for basic things like eggs and hashbrowns.
But IHOP is known for huge portions and reasonable prices on thier large combo meals and omelettes and such things.
It's generally one of the cheaper sit down places to eat for what you get compared to other places I go.
I used to take mom to IHOP often as it is one of her favorite places. I constantly had to remind her to order a combo meal. She would complain that she does not want all that food and I would complain that it is three times more expensive to order a la carte.

You could choose not to eat it and discard it, but then you're paying $30 for a movie ticket.
Where's the deal?

Is the movie not expected to be good or what?
