Bought a refurb from buydig end of December. TV arrived with cracked screen and getting them to return it has been a nightmare. The customer service has been awful and they just keep running me around in circles. I would never buy anything from this company again. I ended up buying a samsung with the Educators discount and now im trying to figure out if ill need to involve my credit card company to get the buydig thing sorted.
Every time this deal comes up people mention the 3rd party warranty holder is garbage to deal with and almost never covers anything.
Hm holding out for a deal on a non-refurb. Superbowl coming up and with the release of LG's new OLED tv, the G3, probable that the price of a new C2 will drop.

That's what I was wondering. Seems like one of those too good to be true deals.
The original post actually said burn in was covered. I see it does not say that now just the accidental.
Edit: the other deal I seen for the exact same deal was posted by iconian and his said burn in was covered. So who knows.
If it covers accidental maybe it just gets accidentally damaged when you notice the burn-in...
Random Question?
Dose this LG Oled let you adjust aspect ratios? I like to zoom in on some movies or shows that are nit in full screen
I learned the hardway with the Sony A90j 83" and 77" that the aspect ratio is locked on everything except tge OTA antenna.
Sony blew it on that feature.
And no you cant probably fill screen or zoom using Ps5 or Apple TV like decices.
I got a great deal on a G1 used thru bestbuy last June & got the warranty with it & I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.
As an SDer I am fine with those too, with extra insurance, as cc Ext Warranty doesn't cover those, but I am deal hunting for a good friend of mine and pretty sure he wants a new one!
I saw a 65" G2 at Best Buy but it was by itself. It looked great but would really want to see it next some of those brighter LE models.
I have a G1 77. It was one of those first gen OLED Evo models. I think the heat sink models from Sony and the QD OLED are brighter, but G1 and G2 are mainly needed for that gallery setup. For our living room, I wanted to a flush mounted one. For those putting it on a TV stand, C2 is great and perhaps may not be worth the price difference.
Still looking for a 77" G2, best price offer so far is $2999.00, Should I be able to do better (tax/shipping included)?
I'd say wait a bit, and there should be good deals around with the passage of time. If you are rushing, consider GT. In the past that's how you could negotiate a good deal

That's an inferior TV (B2) compared to the C2.

I would like to know this as well.
