Did you look at it? Its a 4.5ft LED RGBIC strip as a floor standing device.

With cheap LED strips you're going to get color bleed on lighter colors and be able to see individual "blotches" because the LEDs don't blend with each other as well. The higher the quality of the LEDs, the more homogenous the colors and light appear.
I would argue you could go to 5 Below stores and get LED light stands for under $20 if you don't care about the quality as much. Or go to Walmart and get their Monster lighting if you want automation capability.

When you are sitting back on your couch and looking at the corners of your rooms the difference in light perception will be pretty non existent with most products unless they are really really poorly made.
