YMMV, obviously, but I ordered two of these and both are unlocked. I have not yet activated the Boost lines that came with these.

Note that one has a 3rd party battery, as I got the warning, and the other has battery health of 83%. I'm guessing they replace the battery if health is less than 80%.

I don't think there was a color option; both phones I got are black.

I set up both phones on wi-fi before inserting a sim card and checked the sim status in the settings. Then I inserted a non-Boost sim to test. I tested with Cricket and Mint sims and both worked fine.

The bodies of each had minor scuffs and scratches, with the screens in very good condition. Screens also appeared to be original, as the "true tone" option is available on both. Face ID worked fine on both as well.

They came in plain white boxes with a Boost sticker on top and had an OEM usb-a lightning cable with a generic charging brick. (if it's not an OEM cable, it sure looks and feels like one)

$100 is a killer deal for a used, unlocked iPhone Xr, and this one includes 3 months of coverage.

Metro deal requires porting over from another carrier, also need to go to store can't order online,and most stores add extra fees like activation/tax on original price, meanwhile this deal can be ordered online, includes 3 months of service, and you don't need to port

Seems like if you took advantage of the "extra good deal" and it says in-progress then it should eventually ship. But if it says error it doesnt look good.

I ordered this and it sent me two SIM kits ($90 for an additional kit). Told them I only ordered one and they didn't care and wouldn't refund me. I've called three times and each gave me the same answer. Need to try to dispute with Chase now. Very frustrating

It's a nightmare to deal with their cs..i tried to cancel one of my orders and after confirming they have refunded the phone has still shipped and no sign of cancellation. I will wait for 2 days for refund but don't think they really did anything.. they are so pathetic they can't even find order numbers in the system until they ship or you activate... So you need to create an account with temp password they said to get account number and give them that and still they won't do what they said they are doing...
