Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

Just got shot down on BB PM via phone and the woman was incredibly rude. She wouldn't PM because the TD price was a "supreme" discount. I asked what made something "supreme" and she said that she didn't have to answer that and unless I had questions about something not related to the TD price, she was going to hang up on me.
