Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

Wait time on Chat was over an hour. I called and wait time was about 15 minutes. Was on phone with CSR and she knew immediately what I wanted and just asked how many I needed. Got 2 for shipping. She even "congratulated" me on a great purchase.

Before even me asking about price match, BB video call representative informed " if it's about price match with tigerdirect for ipad then No they are not PMing since it's a one day deal and blah blah…."

Got both $224 and the air for $313 through BB. Same agent price matched both when this thread was fairly new. She/he wouldn't do PM of 2 exact items so I had to go with the Air for the 2nd ipad.

It won't show in your summary until it's been picked up or shipped aka "fulfilled". But you should receive an email showing the refund amount within 30 minutes of ordering.
