Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

Unfortunately, this has been my experience with BestBuy customer care EVERY time I've called them for support - usually not for price match. They hang up on you, even when you are very nice. They are clearly not being monitored and operate with impunity.

Called 1888 number. Entered for PC price match since the tablet line was shut down. Talked to a rep who said he would transfer me to the right department. Was on hold for 1 hour then second rep picked up. Her name was Yaki (Indian accent) very nice and easy to talk to. I ordered a 10.9 and then one or the M1 256GB on bestbuy.com already. She said should could not price match 2 items on 1 order. Asked her if she could process 2 separate orders then. She said SURE! so we did 2 new orders and she price matched.

She told me that they had over 400 people on hold for price matched at 1:45 PM EST

At 2.01 pm et was able to pricematch using bb chat. Ordered with full price and rep initiated refund of difference amount.
