Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

That 3rd party shipped and sold sounds bullcrp to me. They denied PM though their website stated pm guarantee with tigerdirect.com. You guys need to unite and voice your concern to higher up, because they pm previous orders. Maybe tiktok it and flame BB HQ 😂

On chat right now, Kiran, let's see what happens. So far he hasn't mentioned anything about the deal, I just sent the Tiger direct link for the 256GB 10th Gen, he asked me to wait on hold for 3-4 min while he looks into it. He replied and said the SKU I provided is wrong, I said that's the only thing on the website, the item #. The chat timed out now and says "One moment" and it's spinning so it ain't gonna happen. Waited for over an hour which is fine, I'm working on the computer anyway and just had it in the background, still annoying though. Ordered two from TD 15 min after the deal was posted but not expecting it'll ship.
