Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

BB rep on phone told me they just received an internal memo to stop price matching with TigerDirect on iPads. Missed out on this one by just a few minutes it seems.

In store, gm denied the pm because it's lower than their cost. I did an order pick up and the called to get the pm. I am a TT member so those agents are different from typical bb agents fyi. The call did take an hour though.

It's a mixed bag regardless. Lots of success with chat and some stores and some on the phones.
