Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

As a Total Tech member, do you know if any Apple device you purchase from BB will automatically come with AppleCare+ activated/attached for it? And if so, does this prevent a return of the device even if unopened? Any info is appreciated!

It does come with 2 years automatically. In terms of returns, I'm not sure unfortunately.

All apple products are automatically covered by applecare+ by Best Buy, you'd have to take it to BB for repair, not apple store. TT member also has extended return window for unopened products, including Apple. I bought all of my apple products from BB so TT is totally worth it.
