Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

I was just at the store and the manager said they got a communication that they no longer price match Tiger Direct. Dont know if it's true.

My debit card and CC both declined at order. Started to think this is a scam website. Then I googled the website name and visited TigerDirect via google. My order was still there to verify that I'm on the official website, not some scam site. This time, I switched to pay with Amazon. This time, it worked. I ordered one. Canceled 9th gen from Costco, which I ordered for $250 a few days ago. This one is cheaper than Cosco deal and also one gen newer. Costco is 9th gen, this one is 10th gen.

BBY approved 3rd try. Order confirmation received 12:16 PM PST. The first phone CSR was unprofessional said she was proceeding but then refused to speak for 43 minutes with her mic open before she finally disconnected. Chat denied claiming 3rd party seller.
