Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

maybe tigerdirect is in debt, and this is their way of sucking in a free loan for a week before cancelling everyone's orders and waiting 1-2 weeks to refund them
