no myself asked to cancel yesterday afternoon as soon i ordered frm BB .....thinking that TD would ship..
Check my post history, I'm no alarmist and I upvote and comment on plenty of good deals, including this one. But to have "100% confidence" as if that's noble, is foolish. There are already examples of people NOT getting their price matches honored, despite having it agreed to and picking up the items, in this very thread.
Of course we all hope for the best, but don't act like you're above it just because of some misplaced confidence when evidence points to the contrary.
As stated earlier, I purchased somewhere between $10,000 and $20,000 worth of computer components from Tiger Direct during a 10+ year period. At times, I would purchase 100+ of the 120mm fans for free after rebate. Even then, massive numbers of people thread crapping, totally delusional, with obvious paranoia and flat out ignorant.
In 10+ years, every TD item and every TD rebate was given to me without a hitch.
Yes, the company is not as good now and both founding brothers did hard time in prison for fraud. So it is a good idea to remain abreast of the current status of any company that you purchase from.
BUT, many, many people here with the toxic and chronic negativity are basing their insanity on one experience or mere hearsay.
I dare to say their toxic and chronic negativity is a reflection of what is going on in their heart and their minds...for out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.
These people posting chronic and toxic negativity are extremely miserable people.
Beginning Tuesday, I will be enjoying the process of setting up my brand spanking new Ipad Air, with a big smile
On Thursday, I will be even more elated when my second Ipad arrives.
Best of all, I again managed to escape the pollution of the chronically negative people who have nothing better to do than to post their sickness.
I really enjoy soaring with eagles instead of scratching for dirty worms in the chicken coop!
