Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

Not really, their website says their operating hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM M-F PST. So as of right now they've only been open for about 40 minutes today. They probably have a skeleton staff on the weekends that just makes sure the website doesn't crash.

When exactly did you order? I ordered at noon Eastern time on Saturday and mine still says packaging your item, no tracking information.
