Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes
This offer was available under my debit card and Amazon prime card

Interesting. I have both Chase Freedom and Chase Freedom Unlimited. I use the Unlimited card about 90% of the time. Looking through my bills, restaurants visits are categorized as "Food & drink". I don't even see an option for "Restaurants" under the drop down. Having said that, is there even a "Restaurant" category?
For some reason, I only got this on my debit card. I have 3 other Chase cards. I guess I'll have to carry my debit card with me one day and pick up food on the way home.
I'm not sure, Panera is certainly a restaurant as far as I am concerned so it should trigger it. I called Chase a couple of times on the cash back offers that did not post. They did nothing about it. Not calling again. I am also wondering about ordering on an app, using my card.

Restaurant vs fast food is merchant type code. Both are under "Food and Drink" category. You can find the merchant type code by clicking the > button on app for that transaction
Restaurants suck. Overcharge you on food and you have to pay tip. It sucks even more on pre calculated tip that you have to pay tip even on the tax portion of the meal.

I believe it takes at least 2 weeks for Chase to post the credit
Please let us know after 2 weeks if you get the credit
