Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes
This offer was available under my debit card and Amazon prime card

Chase can be a real PIA with their redemptions on cash-back. I've had very straightforward CB offers that they didn't honor (e.g. 10% off at Office Depot) without my chasing them down. I wouldn't put too much effort into this one.
I've had exactly the opposite experience. The vast majority are applied automatically. The two times they didn't show up I sent a detailed private message within the Chase system. They assigned a customer service representative who exchanged messages with me until it was taken care of. Both times it required 2 days or less.
Marcos Pizza shows as a restaurant on my Chase bill. Panera comes up as fast food, go figure. Chase has been very inconsistent when it comes to cash back for me. I did my taxes yesterday and they sent me an email a couple hours later regarding the $10 cash back on TurboTax. Other times it does not trigger the CB on an offer. Nice to have it on two of my cards. Thanks OP.
Thanks. I was wondering about Marcos since the $6.99 medium 1-topping special is going on now. I'll get 2 and use the Chase card with this offer.

That's awesome. I'd say 80% of the time it works ok, but that other 20% is annoying af.
Amex offers on the other hand are 100% rock solid for me.
I've started to make sure that I make the qualified purchase at least 2 business days before the offer ends to account for processing delays, that has helped with Chase.
The key for having these types of offer on thee cards is to keep using the card. If you stop using the credit card, the offers will disappear in two to three months, but if you start to use the card again, thee offers will show up in two to three month again, so it doesn't really relate to the card type.
Wow, interesting to hear this about Chase. I had no issues with the 10% offers at Office Depot until my purchase last month, which did not trigger despite me getting the notification email immediately. I submitted a ticket last week so we'll see what happens.
It was always straightforward for chase offer before, security message worked all the time if having issues, but not any more from last year. Chase always says up to store to refund the reward, they just list the offer and have no responsibility for them to get you refund. I learned in a hard way last year. ATT had $75 back for two $37.5 transaction, I was burned by ATT. For you case, officedepot is going down hill, s most likely you won't get any back.

I haven't found that to be the case, as I have inactive cards that get the same and sometimes additional offers my active cards don't get. My assumption is they have no incentive to offer a bonus to shop at places I already frequently shop at.

Interesting, might be. From my experience, when I see no any offer on my card, I will use my card once or twice, then the offers is showing up in one to two months.
3/3 for me. I went through my history and found what local places were "resteraunts"
Had an $11.17 sandwich for $6.17 at lunch and this will happen 2 more times thanks
sometimes even though multiple cards have offer, it only works once across all cards and wanted to make sure this offer works once per card (that had the offer added)?
