Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes
This offer was available under my debit card and Amazon prime card

I placed an online order 2/5 at Maggianos (olo platform) and charged exactly $10 to my Chase, as it lets you use multiple cards, and it also shows up as Redeemed.
Placed a chipotle pickup order through the chipotle app. Charge shows as "chipotle online" and is categorized as "food and drink". It triggered the offer. One thing to keep in mind,in my experience, the chase offers credit posts quite a bit later, but the offer will show as redeemed within a few days after the charge hits. Like in this case, my credit hasn't posted yet,but I can see the offer now shows as redeemed when I check the offers page.
For those interested. I used FLBOGO code at my local Subway on 2/07 and paid with my Chase debit card. Charge of $11.79 posted on 2/09. It's showing the offer Redeemed for my debit card today. Positive sign. I wouldn't hesitate to use my other 2 Chase credit cards for Subway BOGO deal
Have you tried it yet? I'm curious if fast food counts as restaurant because in Chase website they explicitly mention that fast food counts as restaurant/dinning, and I always earn restaurant category bonus point on Subway purchases.
In the category it says Food and Drink, but if you drill down (click on the actual transaction) to view more details, there is a "Merchant Type". For my local Jersey Mikes at least, it is coded as a merchant type of "Fast Food".
Most of the actual restaurants wont qualify for this offer as they are coded fast food chains. When it comes to gift cards its 100% certain they wont be eligible as most of the restaurant gift cards are sold by third party companies, which will come up as totally different category in credit card transaction.
Well.. maybe it is not certain.
If you buy a gift card on the website, yes, it is often with a 3rd party processor. But if you buy at the physical store, it should show up as a charge from the merchant from my past experience.

Good catch.. I didnt think about that possibility..

Seem a lot of redemptions and an unknown timeline of cash back.
Maybe I should wait to pull the tricker.
