Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes
This offer was available under my debit card and Amazon prime card

I had the offer on all 3 of my cards so I ordered 2 regular subs using 2 different cards at Jersey Mike's for about $20 and they gave me enough extra "loyalty" points to get a free giant sub {$16}! I hadn't ordered from there is well over a year and only had a few points to begin with, so this turned out to be a great deal.
I don't think that the offer depends on the type of cuisine.
The reason I asked was some of the smaller independent foreign restaurants might not be coded the right way.
For instance, getting grocery at an Asian/Mexican store does NOT earn the 5% grocery rewards in discover/Chase when they have grocery as the 5% category. But Grocery bought at a big "American" retailer such as Kroger, Publix, Safeway, Meijer, Albertson etc works.

Most mom and pop code as convenience stores, rather than grocery by the merchant service company sale agents. Large chain has their own agents to take care of those things.
Placed a chipotle pickup order through the chipotle app. Charge shows as "chipotle online" and is categorized as "food and drink". It triggered the offer. One thing to keep in mind,in my experience, the chase offers credit posts quite a bit later, but the offer will show as redeemed within a few days after the charge hits. Like in this case, my credit hasn't posted yet,but I can see the offer now shows as redeemed when I check the offers page.
I did place chipotle online order on 2/13 and the charge got posted on the account as well. But I don't see any email or offer showing redeemed in the online Account as well . How long it took for you to see the offer showing as redeemed once the charge was posted ?
My purchase from the take out restaurant listed under food and drink, I wonder if
it will get the credit. Anyone knows?
Thanks
If Chase is classify it as food & drink, it should qualify. Many people here got credit after buying fast food, which is usually classify as food & drink.
Haven't used this yet (have this in all 3 chase credit cards that I have) but I enrolled the offer for all.... But... I just noticed that the offer is not longer showing up? I dont think it would have expired yet.... Anyone has the same issue??

you can't make that question up!

It all depends on the mcc/sic code set by the merchant service company.

Got 2 panda plates with 2 entrees each for just over $10 (Before the $5 chase offer)
Thanks for the Panda Express tip. I have at least 3 meals while the wife is out of town that I don't have to fix!
