I have a version similar to this for my headaches. Works well via compression and cold therapy however it does not stay cold for very long, maybe 15-20 minutes. this is also pretty much the normal pricing. they all do the same thing, just go for the cheapest
I got it last time it was on sale. It works for my migraines, but as others have said, it doesn't last very long. I like the compression part more than the cold part, actually. Good price, buy 2 so that you can alternate. Also, keep it in a ziplock bag (or the bag it comes in), so that it doesn't absorb all the smells from your food in the freezer. You don't want to smell that lasagna from last week, when you have a migraine Wink
I have this. It's quite nice for temporary relief. Can just go around your forehead area if the pressure on your eyes is uncomfortable during certain migraines.

I get horrible migraines that make me nauseous and vomit at times. Two Advil, Tylenol or Aleve doesn't work. I have to go to bed and sleep it off. 😩
Me too, for over 30 years (migraines run in my family unfortunately).
The better ice cap is MagicGel [gelpacks.com], (I searched and found a deal code for them back when I got mine, I got it for $20 + small gel pack).

The typical migraine drugs don't work for me, for awhile I was able to get an opioid prescription until too many people abused them and my Dr. wouldn't prescribe them.
I'll take my tylenol & motrin, put on my ice hat and use some aroma therapy; it helps bring the pain level down somewhat.
I've also gone to an Aveda salon to get my hair washed or a trim and tell the hairdresser I have a migraine - they know how to give scalp massages! I've had level 6 or 7 migraines disappear after a head massage from my hair dresser.

My niece and brother in law really enjoyed these when I bought it for them. They suffer bad migraines often.

Wouldn't you want to use a NeilMed (saline nasal sinus rinse) bottle instead of a compression wrap?
These are good for inflammation
