So even if you catch a 3/$10 12-pack deal at WalMart, no, this is not regular price at WalMart.

Really the more questionable things are shelf stable foods and produce. Produce is presented with the illusion of freshness yet manages to stay good for twice as long as produce from Wholefoods. Whatever magic is used to achieve that is the epitome of not straight forward.

I have to do so, since my local store is sold out of the Pepsi Max.
With three 12-packs of Coke Zero instead of Pepsi Max, I am able to get it down to $29.24 with estimated tax.
They are pro profit

The foods they freeze are trash. You can freeze some good foods, but not many because of moisture, milk products or break down in proteins.
I eat keto / paleo whatever you want to call it, best advice I ever got was when you go to the grocery store stay on the outside walls

Although, what's so positive about being fat?
