It's really screwy how Kohls.com applies Kohl's Cash to online orders, especially split pickup orders and multi shipment orders.

In regards to the pickup date, I'd recommend you double check with the store on the actual pickup deadline. I have regular calls from customers saying my ship to store pickup order is expiring on X date according to emails , but when I check they still got another week or so before it expires.

Also you can request a one time extension of two days to your pickup. You might also find a nice associate willing to mark it as picked up and hold it for you beyond the expiration date.

Reporting in, I didn't get to Kohls on Monday, and no one answered the phone, so I was left to wait and see what would happen. Very early this morning I received two emails announcing the cancellation of each order (local and ship to store). I then got two more emails with the Kohls cash credit for each of these orders. The Kohls cash I received expires in two weeks.

I haven't had time to go to the store to see if I can find the item they shipped to the store, as I would really like to have it. The local order was just a few small things to use up my Kohls cash.

While I haven't checked yet, I expect I'll find a credit to my Kohls account for the amount charged to it too.

The last time I did a self pickup in mid-December, I put in the code, found the bin with my order and noticed the bin right next to the current order also had my name on it. It was an order from August that had expired and Kohl's cash refunded. I didn't want it, so did not investigate repurchasing. But at least at my store, the pick up orders are sitting there long after the system cancels them.

Wait, what? Next earning period will be just 3 days (18th-20th)? A second earnings period before the previous one is even spendable is so weird.

The ones still pending from (at least) the last earnings period are: Available to use 02/21/2023 - 03/12/2023

Such a long spending period is strange already. And I don't remember one ever lasting through the first of the month so we can wait and also use the monthly rewards balance. I like it.
